Nothing to Sneeze At: Cat Lover's Allergies Miraculously Vanish

I was incredibly allergic to cats. If they came anywhere near me, my throat would close up, my nose would start running and my eyes would start itching, running and swelling. I love all animals, and this allergy was certainly a discouraging situation.
One day we moved into a new place. The previous occupants had allowed the neighborhood cats to roam the house. One afternoon, two cats casually walked in—one long-haired ginger cat, and the other a black and white short-haired cat.
My husband ran to chase them out but I stopped him, picked up the ginger cat and buried my face in her exquisite long coat, saying, "I refuse to be allergic to anything that God created, in Jesus' name!"
Not a sneeze, nor an itch, nor any swelling! That was in 1998. I have not been allergic since that day. I now have two cats of my own whom I love and cherish. They sleep on the bed with us, and I continually give them plenty of hugs and kisses with no negative side effects. Hallelujah!
What a boost to my faith!
