Administrative Assistant, Administration
The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), the nation’s largest animal advocacy organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Administration department. The main responsibilities of this position will be to provide administration, facilities management and technical support expertise to the office. Other duties include, but are not limited to: act as telecommunications administrator; manage relationships with internal and external customers; manage postal accounts and relationships with all mail vendors; oversee building security issues, updates and changes; greet and welcome guests; manage registration process for our annual conferences. High school diploma or equivalent and office administrative experience highly desired. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and strong written and verbal communication skills all strongly preferred.
