Fulfillment Process Manager, Donor Care
The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), the nation’s largest animal advocacy organization, is seeking a Fulfillment Process Manager for its Donor Care department. The main responsibility of this position is to oversee and coordinate all donor fulfillment and communications processed internally and through the HSUS’ outside fulfillment vendor. Other duties include, but are not limited to: manage ‘key’ outsourced fulfillment vendor relationship and serve as the primary interface between HSUS personnel and vendor; interview internal stakeholders, external experts, and observe current processes to develop and maintain business rule documentation between the HSUS and fulfillment vendor; assist management in prioritization of new or modified communication templates when capacity limitations exist; visit out of state fulfillment locations to perform primary liaison function during periods of change or problem resolution. Associate’s Degree or applicable experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Production and Operations Management, Communications, or other related field preferred. Minimum of three years of experience coordinating complex business processes, preferably in a nonprofit environment, highly desired. Past experience documenting business rules around business processes and/ or services required. Ability and willingness to occasionally travel also required. Previous print production experience desired, along with prior fundraising or related marketing experience. Other important skills include: experience with Visio or other workflow documentation software, and capability to operate in a Microsoft Office program environment.
