Integrated Marketing Production Specialist

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), the nation's largest animal advocacy organization, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Production Specialist for the Marketing and Communications team of Humane Society International (HSI). The primary purpose of this position is producing, maintaining, and optimizing the department's online donation assets as well as reporting on fundraising results and other metrics.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the production, maintenance, performance, and quality assurance of all donation pages on various giving platforms;
  • Coordinating and compiling data into custom reports for major revenue-generating campaigns, monthly and yearly results, and others as needed;
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting on monthly donor retention/attrition;
  • Responding to Donor Care questions/complaints from supporters;
  • Coordinating with team and outside vendor to implement ongoing donation page testing for continued optimization;
  • Collaborating with team on donor acquisition projects such as email appeals and online advertising initiatives;
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, liberal arts, communications, fundraising, business development or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience required;
  • Minimum of one year of experience in fundraising for an advocacy or non-profit organization;
  • Some experience with CRM platforms such as Engaging Networks, Blackbaud preferred;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Excel skills required;
  • Organizational, project, and priority management skills for planning, executing and following up on issues, projects and daily responsibilities in order to meet established deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence demonstrated by the delivery of quality and timely outcomes;
  • Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
  • Interest in animal welfare issues preferred.
