Massachusetts State Director

Alexis Fox

Before becoming our Massachusetts state director, Alexis Fox served as a legislative extern and a law clerk for The HSUS.

Fox holds a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School. There, she specialized in animal protection law and was a visiting fellow at Georgetown University Law Center.

She is a member of the Cornelius Honors Society and an adjunct professor at Emerson College, and her writing has appeared in Animal Law.

Fox currently lives by the ocean in Newbury with her husband and her two cats, Venus & Luna.
