Montana State Director
Hergenraeder works on behalf of animals by participating in spay/neuter clinics and responding to disasters, hoarding, and animal cruelty.
Hergenraeder developed and instructs a pet first-aid class and has served on the board of MTVOAD and the Montana Animal Care Association. She is the chair of the Law Enforcement/Disaster Response Committee for the Montana Horse Welfare Council.
Hergenraeder graduated from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology with a degree in veterinary technology, and received a B.S. in accounting from Montana State University.
A native of Montana, she enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, as well as reading, traveling, and skiing. Horses are her passion, and her best times are spent with her horses Fancy and Big Red, as well as her dog Daisy.
