The Eastern Mountain Regional Office works on the frontlines of animal protection issues in five states, including Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Virginia.
We work throughout the region to support animal welfare legislation, fight animal cruelty in all forms, respond to animals in danger from man-made and natural disasters, and engage like-minded citizens to promote the protection of animals.
Please contact us to learn how you can help animals.

During the past year, The HSUS has led a series of high-profile operations throughout the Eastern Mountain Region to rescue hundreds of animals from the horrors of mass breeding operations known as puppy mills.
From conducting investigations to strengthening laws, we won't stop until puppy mills are shut down for good.
