Florida: Stop Agribusiness Attempt to Hide Animal Cruelty
S.B. 1184/H.B. 1021 is a dangerous bill making it a crime to simply document and blow the whistle on child abuse, animal abuse, drug use, assault, theft, the hiring of illegal immigrants and other illegal or unethical activity on a farm. There's a need for more transparency on factory farms, not less.

Overturn South Florida’s Breed Ban
Breed bans, ostensibly aimed at increasing public safety by eradicating or strictly restricting dogs based solely on breed, have been proven ineffective. Please support SB1322 and HB997 to eliminate Miami-Dade’s breed ban, and ensure that no Florida communities impose breed-specific laws or regulations.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has drafted a plan to manage bears once they are removed from the threatened species list. Please contact them today to ensure that the management plan provides adequate protection for bears.
