Crack down on Louisiana puppy mills
Louisiana currently lacks laws that prevent the unnecessary suffering of dogs in puppy mills. HB 163 would require commercial breeding facilities provide their dogs with sanitary living conditions, proper veterinary care, shelter, and exercise.
