You can end the cruel confinement of farm animals in Massachusetts. Put an end to cruel confinement on the 2016 ballot and vote "Yes!" to ensure that hens, pigs and calves are not kept in cages so small they can't turn around or extend their limbs.
The deer culling is about to commence in Massachusetts and we need your voice. Despite a majority of comments at the public hearings in September 2015 that were strongly opposed to a proposed deer hunt in the Blue Hills (an area that has not been hunted in for 100 years), the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) announced that this hunt is moving forward for 2016 and will now allow bow hunting, a practice that commonly leaves deer suffering slow, painful deaths.
Trafficking of wildlife and their parts is responsible for a poaching crisis that is claiming the lives of thousands of our most beloved species -- among them elephants, rhinos and tigers. A bill has been introduced by Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Lindsey Graham (R- SC) that would give law enforcement additional tools to crack down on wildlife trafficking networks and protect animals from poachers.
