In December, 2010, Shannon and a herd of over 40 broodmares and foals were rescued from extreme neglect and starvation.
In just a few short months, Shannon has made a remarkable recovery. Shannon is a Left-Brain Introvert/Right-Brain Extrovert who is still in the foundation stages in her re-training. She plays Parelli’s Seven Games, though she is quite set in her ways. She can be challenging at times about worming, vetting and fly spray. She needs a lot of patience and an adopter who can help build her confidence and be the leader Shannon needs. She would do best as a companion or pasture pal. There will be more information and pictures of Shannon available on our website.
