With her bandit’s mask and ringed tail, the raccoon is instantly recognizable—if you’re lucky enough to catch a glimpse. Nocturnal habits keep the raccoon mostly out of sight. Conflicts with raccoons come in many shapes and sizes, but all can be resolved humanely.
Choosing a Humane Solution
Our DC-based Humane Wildlife Services humanly evicts a raccoon family from an attic den by installing a one-way door over their entry point allowing them to leave but not able to get back in. Be sure to choose a humane solution if you have a conflict with wildlife.
