2013 State Legislative Pet Photo Contest

Are you a blue-dog Dem or do elephants make you smile? Do you sometimes feel that your career has had nine lives? Then grab your "best friend" and join us in this year's State Legislative Pet Photo contest. Your furry, scaled, or feathered companion may end up as your state's Most Adorable Dog, Most Adorable Cat, or Most Adorable Furry or Feathered Friend. Three winners from each participating state will be selected by a panel of judges, one for each of the three categories.
