"Better than Grass" Salad for Cats

Cats who like to nibble grass may enjoy these veggies

1 cup cooked, cooled sweet potato
1 teaspoon margarine
1 inch of raw carrot
1/3 cup zucchini
3-4 baby leaves of spinach
1 teaspoon dried catnip or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh catnip

Mash the sweet potato with the margarine until incorporated.

Mince the carrot fine. Peel and mince the zucchini. Mince the spinach.

Mix all the veggies together with half of the catnip. Serve at room temperature with the rest of the catnip sprinkled over it.
