Enjoy them warm and fragrant from the oven
1 package of prepared pizza dough (e.g., whole wheat pizza dough from Trader Joe's)
1/4 cup non-dairy margarine
Lots of cinnamon
2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
Blend the icing ingredients (powdered sugar and non-dairy milk) together.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
Melt the margarine, and generously brush the dough with it.
Sprinkle the cinnamon over the dough until the dough is almost completely covered.
Roll the dough up into a cylinder and cut into 8 pieces.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake the rolls for about 15 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool. When cool enough to serve, top with icing and serve warm.
