The White Pig's Favorite Waffles

4 cups unbleached white flour
3/4 cup sugar
Dash of salt
3-1/2 cups soymilk
Sliced fresh fruit of your choice


Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, and sift together. Slowly add soymilk until batter is of medium consistency.

Ladle batter into greased waffle iron. Cook for about 3 and a half minutes. For crunchier waffles, cook longer.

Top waffles with fresh fruit.
