Crunchy Apple Crisp

4 cups peeled, sliced tart apples
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup dairy-free margarine
Mound the apples in an 8-inch round baking dish and sprinkle them with orange juice.
In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, sugars, nuts, and spices. Cut in margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake 45 minutes or until the topping is crisp. Serve warm.
