Cranberry Apple Crumble

Serves 8-12.

3 cups tart peeled apples, diced
2 cups fresh whole cranberries
1 cup sugar

Mix above ingredients and put in a 10 x 13 pan.

1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 ½ cup rolled oats
½ cup melted margarine (try Earth Balance)

Pre-heat oven at 325°.

Mix ingredients together and sprinkle over fruit. (Personally, I love this topping so much I always increase this part of the recipe. If you can’t indulge on a holiday when can you?)

Bake for one hour at 325°.
