Wiener Wraps

A kid-friendly meal, updated

Makes 8 wiener wraps

Cutout biscuit dough
8 veggie dogs (Lightlife Smart Dogs, Tofu Pups, Tofurky Franks, Yves Veggie Dogs, or Cedar Lake Deli-Franks)

 

Preheat oven to 450 F (232 C).

Mix up a batch of the cutout version of the biscuit dough recipe.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 12 x 16 inches. Cut into 8 rectangular pieces of 4 x 3 inches each.

Wrap one piece of dough around each veggie dog and place on an oiled cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the dough comes out clean.

Serve with your family's favorite hot dog condiments.

Do not serve to children under three, as hotdogs can be a choking hazard.
