Ranch Dressing

Did you think you'd never have ranch dressing again? Try this vegan version.

Serves 5

1 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
3/4 cup soy milk
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt

Spices (use between 1/8 and 1/4 teaspoons of each of these, depending on taste)

garlic powder
onion powder
dried thyme
dried oregano
ground black pepper
cayenne pepper

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until blended.

Chill and enjoy.

If you want a similar dressing without all the measuring, try the "slacker" version of this recipe.
