The HSUS Calls on Congress to Enact New Law Restricting Sale of Videos of Illegal Acts of Animal Cruelty
The HSUS expressed disappointment that the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a decision throwing out a federal anti-cruelty law, but expressed optimism that Congress will be allowed to draft a more narrow statute to crack down on the sale of videos of illegal animal cruelty.
