Top Chef All Star for seals
Antonia comes from an Italian background and attended the French Culinary Institute to master her technique. She spent 6 years at Wolfgang Puck's Spago and was executive chef at Foxtail in Los Angeles.
In addition to appearing on "Top Chef All Stars" in 2010 – 2011, Antonia appeared on season 4 of "Top Chef." She resides in L.A.
She is currently working on a cookbook with recipes for busy mothers, because as a single mom herself, Antonia understands how precious time can be.
