Top Chef All Star for seals

A Chicago native, Dale is the executive chef at Sprout, which has received three stars from the Chicago Tribune and was named "Best New Restaurant" by Chicago magazine.
Dale began his career as a fry cook at the Ground Round in Iowa City, and has been in love with cooking ever since. A chef for many years, he has been showcasing his culinary invention, "flavor math," by combining the right number of spices to bring out the perfect flavor and taste.
In addition to appearing on "Top Chef All Stars" in 2010 – 2011, Dale appeared on "Top Chef: Miami" in 2007 and was the first Chicagoan on the show.
