Top Chef All Star for seals
Dale Talde's passion for food started as a child, when he watched his mother cook.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he helped open Jean George Vongerichten's Vong and later, after moving to New York, he opened Morimoto with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
Dale is currently a creative director at Buddakan, one of New York City’s hottest restaurants. In addition to appearing on "Top Chef All Stars" in 2010 – 2011, he appeared on season 4 of "Top Chef."
