Top Chef All Star for seals

Antonio Busiello
Fabio works as the owner and executive chef of Café Firenze, a renowned Italian restaurant in Ventura County, Ca. and Osteria Firenze, a popular Los Angeles Italian eatery.
He began cooking at the age of 12 in Florence, and is trained in classic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Fabio has published several cookbooks since moving to the United States.
In addition to being a spokesperson for the seals, Fabio is a spokesperson for Bertolli Olive Oil, Bialetti, San Pellegrino and Panna Water, and Santa Margherita Wines.

In addition to appearing on "Top Chef All Stars" in 2010 and 2011, Fabio appeared on season 5 of "Top Chef."
