Top Chef All Star for seals
An honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Jamie has had the opportunity to work with many acclaimed chefs. She credits these chefs for teaching her how to meld exotic flavors and ingredients.
Jamie is currently executive chef at Beechwood in Venice, Calif., and her menu highlights her commitment to organic, locally grown, seasonal ingredients.
In addition to appearing on "Top Chef All Stars" in 2010 – 2011, Jamie appeared on season 5 of "Top Chef."
Interesting fact: Jamie's favorite food is Indian, and she is obsessed with onions.
