To require labeling of all fur products regardless of value, closing a loophole that currently exempts products with fur valued up to $150, and address the use of fur from raccoon dogs. House bill bans raccoon dog fur; Senate bill requires consistent labeling of raccoon dog fur to protect against use of misleading names.
