Sisters and animal advocates Zooey and Emily Deschanel were the beautiful and stylish hosts of an elegant soiree held on December 12th by Cotton Incorporated and Vanity Fair, which benefitted The Humane Society of the United States. The evening of Hollywood fashion and compassion featured cotton looks from some of Hollywood’s most iconic moments, ranging from The Great Gatsby to Zooey’s recent hit indie film 500 Days of Summer.

Zooey, one of the stars of Cotton Incorporated’s “The Fabric of Our Lives”® advertising campaign, and Emily, star of the popular Fox TV show Bones and frequent Genesis Awards presenter, mingled with other compassionate celebrities, including Ginnifer Goodwin, Gabrielle Anwar, Ben Gibbard, Charlotte Ross, Ashley Jones, Simon Helberg, Matt Grant, Stephanie Pratt, and The HSUS’ executive VP and COO Michael Markarian and the Hollywood office’s senior director Beverly Kaskey.

The event was held at the beautiful home of Lona Williams and David O’Connor.
