Worth magazine has placed The Humane Society of the United States on its Elite List of 10 Most Fiscally Responsible Charities.
The listing is the latest in a series of accolades that The HSUS has garnered, including a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, which is the nation’s top charity evaluator. The HSUS has earned the four-star designation for four out of five years in a row, placing us in an elite group of the nation’s top nonprofit organizations.
The Worth article cites our investigation of a California slaughterplant and work combating animal cruelty.
