Free Rabies Vaccines Available to Feral Cat Groups

A limited supply of animal rabies vaccine is available to feral cat groups or organizations in honor of World Rabies Day 2010.

This vaccine is being donated on behalf of feral cats and shelter animals across the country, according to the World Rabies Day website. Groups and organizations are invited to take advantage of this opportunity to prevent a rabies exposure and enhance the quality of life for feral cats. Learn more about rabies »

The mission of World Rabies Day is to raise awareness about the impact of human and animal rabies, how easy it is to prevent it, and how to eliminate the main global sources. World Rabies Day 2010 is Sept. 28.
