Rebecca Cary, The HSUS, et al. v. Hall (Endangered species canned hunting)
Federal court action challenging the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's decision to exempt three endangered antelope species from Endangered Species Act protections. The exemption allows hunters to kill antelopes at enclosed or "canned" hunt facilities and transport trophies and other antelope parts without ESA regulation.
