The HSUS v. Andrew Marc et al. (FTC fur petition)


The HSUS filed a petition with the Federal Trade Commission asking the Commission to take enforcement action against 12 retailers and designers that are or have been manufacturing, selling, advertising, and/or labeling fur-trimmed garments in violation of the federal Fur Products Labeling Act.
