Intervening defendants in federal court action challenging Park Service's decision to restrict off-road vehicle use and related hunting activity in ecologically critical areas of Big Cypress National Preserve. In 2005, the federal court in Florida rejected the plaintiff's claims and upheld the Service's plan.
