WildEarth Guardians v. National Park Service (Rocky Mountain National Park Volunteer Hunters)

Federal district court accepted HSUS' "friend of the court" brief in support of wildlife protection group's challenge to the National Park Service's recent decision to allow members of the public to kill elk in the park as "volunteer" agents of the Service. HSUS argues that this decision authorizes hunting in the park, in violation of numerous federal laws.
