Samantha Chapman has been a lifelong animal lover and a Hoosier for over 25 years. Chapman's background is in state government; she is passionate about strengthening Indiana’s animal cruelty laws, stopping puppy mills and protecting companion animals, farm animals and wildlife. She strongly believes that educating Hoosiers on how they can make small changes in their daily lives makes a big difference for all animals that goes far beyond state lines! In her free time, Chapman enjoys spending time with her senior rescue dogs, running and plant-based cooking.
