Elissa holds a B.A. in Political Science from The College of New Jersey and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark. In her free time, Elissa loves to try new vegan recipes, follow vegan and sustainable fashion and take her best friend, shelter adoptee Chloe, for long walks.
