A member of the HSUS Animal Rescue Team was so moved by the magnitude of the beagle relocation that he decided to adopt one of the beagles himself.
Enzo was one of the beagles who needed a home after his removal from a facility that bred dogs to be sold to laboratories for experimentation, and he was one of the many dogs who was transferred to our care and rehabilitation center in Maryland.

Between all the snuggles he got at our care and rehabilitation facility, and the love he gets from his new family, Enzo doesn’t seem to remember his bleak past. He’s now a well-adjusted, happy dog.
