Oct 11: Our Animal Rescue Team helped rescue 110 cats and kittens from a large-scale alleged cruelty situation at a commercial breeding operation in Virginia.
According to USDA inspection records, the breeder had more than 50 Animal Welfare Act violations just this year for failing to provide safe conditions or adequate veterinary care. Reports mention emaciated cats, poor living conditions, a lack of veterinary care and a kitten at the facility who died after weeks of deteriorating without much-needed medical attention.
This is an ongoing situation. Donate now to help these animals get the care they need and support all our lifesaving work.
